At HVCT we endeavour to provide each individual with an experience that is unique to them by developing leadership skills, building confidence and trust and teaching responsibilities about what it means to be part of a team through teachings of the disciplines that make calisthenics the unique sport it is.

We encourage all coaches to actively get involved with the HVCT community to find out how they can better play their part in shaping a stronger culture amongst its members. HVCT acknowledges that its coaches are our biggest contributors and hold an extremely vital and important role in shaping young people into the 21st century. The aim of HVCT is to be guided by experts in the field, its coaches but driven by its members of the community for community.

Commitment

HVCT coaches consider the well-being of its members to be an essential part in ensuring they feel safe, engaged and connected. HVCT is committed to child safety and has a zero tolerance of child abuse.  All HVCT coaches, specialist and volunteers, observe child safe principles as outlined in our Child Safe Code of Conduct, Child Safe Policy and Child Safe Standards set by our governing body and at all times MUST hold a current WWCC. HVCT actively operates to create a space with a sense of belonging to; protect children, empower them and to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment.
